The Valley Development team has over forty years experience in real estate development in the southeastern United States. Michael S. Lunsford, Gil Lunsford, Adam Fiorenza and Thomas M. Stevens make up the firm’s principals. Together they developed multi-use and complicated projects ranging from multi-million dollar superfund environmental cleanup projects, large scale transportation projects to residential and commercial projects.
